The Perfect Morning Yogurt Bowl

Start the morning with a healthy, yet delicious bowl!

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite yogurt (my personal favorite is Greek Vanilla)

  • Your favorite fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, bananas)

  • Granola

  • Honey


  1. Prepare your fruits: cut your strawberries, peaches, or bananas in thin slices.

  2. Place your favorite yogurt in a bowl, and place your fruits on top! Personally, I love to place my fruits to make the bowl prettier and more exciting to eat!

  3. Sprinkle on a handful of granola and squeeze a little honey, and you're ready to start the day off strong!
