Elevate your avocado toast with these easy steps and ingredients!
Ingredients:
Good sourdough bread
2 ripe avocados
1 egg
Olive oil
Toppings: tomatoes, greens, lemon juice, sea salt, pepper, etc.
Toast your bread until golden brown, for me it typically takes around 4 minutes in the toaster.
While toasting your bread, prep your avocados: Scoop them from the skin and mash them with a fork in a bowl. Add a bit of lemon juice, salt, and pepper and continue mixing until you have your desired taste.
Heat up olive oil on a saucepan and neatly crack an egg directly onto the pan. Once the bottom has cooked, take a spatula and flip the egg over, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Once everything is ready, assemble your toast! Fork your avocado mix onto the bread, add your desired toppings and extra seasonings, and you're ready to have one delicious breakfast!
